Repeat prescriptions

To order a repeat prescription

• Use a request form on our website 
• Use your nearest Pharmacy for non urgent repeat requests with a 7 day turnaround.
• Use the repeat ordering slip on your previous prescription.
• Use NHS Wales App

We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

All prescriptions received after 3pm will require 72 working hours to process.

Prescription collection times for repeat medication:

We have introduced collection times in our practices of:

Morning 10am – 2pm

Afternoon 4pm – 6pm
